Our Team

Melissa is an Art Director with over two decades of experience in arts and design. Her journey began at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she earned her degree in Visual Communications. Her passion for learning led her to study Art History at St. Petersburg College while gaining valuable experience at a direct mail house and a local newspaper.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Melissa founded her own design agency, which thrived when her brother Will joined as a partner. Their success eventually led them to new opportunities in Tampa, where she met Chris, a colleague who would later become a significant collaborator.

Throughout her career, Melissa has specialized in print design and visual communications. She takes pride in her ability to understand various industries, allowing her to create tailored, impactful designs for her clients. One of her career highlights was designing the ticket for the ACC Football Championship game.

While she’s passionate about her work, Melissa’s life is enriched by her personal interests and family. Her daughter Paloma is her greatest joy, and she adores her pets – toy poodle Lola and cats Moonee and Diesel. In her free time, she enjoys cycling around Tampa Bay and nurturing her orchid garden.

Melissa approaches each day with enthusiasm for new creative challenges and a commitment to sharing knowledge with colleagues. Her journey in this industry continues to be one of growth, adaptability, and an enduring love for design.
